๐ Business Development Lead
Commission-Based ยท Full-Time or Part-Time Remote
Own the revenue pipeline. Build relationships with executives, founders, and operations leaders who need AI automation โ and close them on our AI Setup service and enterprise offerings.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect high-value leads via LinkedIn, events, referrals, and cold outreach
- Run discovery calls and demos to qualify opportunities
- Close deals for AI Setup ($1,200) and custom enterprise engagements
- Build and manage a CRM pipeline with clear forecasting
- Source partnerships with consultancies, agencies, and complementary providers
- Provide market feedback to shape offers and positioning
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or professional services
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable selling to senior professionals (directors, VPs, C-suite)
- Excellent communicator โ written and verbal
- Genuine interest in AI/automation
- Self-starter who can build process from scratch
Compensation
Base stipend ($1,000โ$2,000/mo) + 15โ20% commission on closed revenue. Uncapped.
