Create TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that make AI agents feel exciting and accessible. You'll turn raw demos and tutorials into scroll-stopping content.
What You'll Do
- Create 10-15 short-form videos per week across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Write hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for each platform
- Stay on top of trends and adapt AI/tech content to viral formats
- Edit footage with captions, motion graphics, and music
- A/B test thumbnails and hooks; track performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Portfolio of short-form content with demonstrated engagement
- Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Strong sense of pacing, humor, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Interest in AI and technology (you don't need to be technical)
- Self-directed; can work async and hit deadlines
Compensation

Own the revenue pipeline. Build relationships with executives, founders, and operations leaders who need AI automation — and close them on our AI Setup service and enterprise offerings.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect high-value leads via LinkedIn, events, referrals, and cold outreach
- Run discovery calls and demos to qualify opportunities
- Close deals for AI Setup ($1,200) and custom enterprise engagements
- Build and manage a CRM pipeline with clear forecasting
- Source partnerships with consultancies, agencies, and complementary providers
- Provide market feedback to shape offers and positioning
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or professional services
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable selling to senior professionals (directors, VPs, C-suite)
- Excellent communicator — written and verbal
- Genuine interest in AI/automation
- Self-starter who can build process from scratch
Compensation
Base stipend ($1,000–$2,000/mo) + 15–20% commission on closed revenue. Uncapped.

What You'll Do

- Create email sequences for product launches, nurture flows, and re-engagement
- Write and optimize landing page copy for conversions
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
- Structure content for AI citation (schema markup, FAQ sections, structured data)
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on data
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years content writing experience with measurable SEO results
- Strong portfolio: blog posts, email copy, landing pages
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)

What You'll Do
- Manage and moderate our online community (Discord/Slack)
- Onboard new students with welcome sequences and orientation
- Answer questions, troubleshoot common issues, and triage technical problems
- Track student progress and course completion rates
- Collect testimonials and success stories for marketing
- Host weekly office hours or Q&A sessions
- Surface common pain points to improve the course
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing online communities (Discord, Slack, Circle, or similar)
- Warm, patient communication style — you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Organized and detail-oriented; can track multiple conversations at once
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn
- Available 15–25 hours/week

- Execute client AI Setup engagements: assess needs, build agents, deploy and document
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
- Write technical documentation and tutorials
- Stay current on AI tooling and recommend new approaches
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years software development experience (Python required)
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bonus: experience with RAG, vector databases, or multi-agent systems
Compensation

- Coordinate logistics for podcast recordings, webinars, and cross-promotions
- Manage the affiliate program — recruit affiliates, track performance, handle payouts
- Monitor brand mentions and manage inbound partnership requests
- Report on partnership ROI and recommend where to double down
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, or community building
- Excellent cold outreach skills — you write emails people actually reply to
