🤝 Community Manager & Student Success Coach

Part-Time · Contract Remote

Be the heart of our learning community. Help course students and free guide subscribers get unstuck, stay motivated, and actually build their first AI agent.

What You'll Do

Manage and moderate our online community (Discord/Slack)
Onboard new students with welcome sequences and orientation
Answer questions, troubleshoot common issues, and triage technical problems
Track student progress and course completion rates
Collect testimonials and success stories for marketing
Host weekly office hours or Q&A sessions
Surface common pain points to improve the course

What We're Looking For

Experience managing online communities (Discord, Slack, Circle, or similar)
Warm, patient communication style — you genuinely enjoy helping people
Organized and detail-oriented; can track multiple conversations at once
Basic familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn
Available 15–25 hours/week
Bonus: experience in education, coaching, or customer success

Compensation

$20–$35/hour or monthly retainer ($1,500–$2,500 for ~20 hrs/week). Growth path to full-time.
