📣 Brand & Partnerships Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Research and build lists of podcasts, newsletters, and influencers in the AI/business space
• Write and send outreach emails to secure guest appearances and collaborations
• Coordinate logistics for podcast recordings, webinars, and cross-promotions
• Manage the affiliate program — recruit affiliates, track performance, handle payouts
• Monitor brand mentions and manage inbound partnership requests
• Report on partnership ROI and recommend where to double down

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, or community building
• Excellent cold outreach skills — you write emails people actually reply to
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and tracking metrics
• Interest in AI/tech/creator economy
• Bonus: existing network in AI, SaaS, or business education spaces

Compensation

$18–$30/hour or monthly retainer ($1,200–$2,000). Performance bonuses for high-impact placements.
